About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement P2P with 2–4 years of experience in support of the buying requirements of category or Business Unit. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, invoice exception resolution, and supply chain operations.
The Procurement Specialist will play a key role in executing purchasing activities, supporting supplier management, and ensuring efficient processing of invoices while maintaining strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Contract Length: 1-year contract (with potential to extend)
- Work Model: Hybrid (primarily remote with onsite 1–2 times per month; additional onsite days as needed)
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day procurement activities in alignment with supply chain strategies and business unit needs
- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes with a focus on invoice processing and payment support
- Resolve invoice exceptions, including discrepancies related to pricing, credits/debits, and purchase orders
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable teams to ensure accurate financial processing and expense balancing
- Support supplier management initiatives, including supplier performance and diversity efforts
- Partner with internal business units to deliver high-quality customer service and procurement support
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, cost management, and overall procurement performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related functions
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles, particularly invoice processing and exception handling
- Familiarity with accounting principles, including credits/debits and expense reconciliation
- Buyer or purchasing experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience with procurement systems and tools is preferred
