Pay Rate starting: $30.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible start time between 6:00 AM–8:00 AM (30-minute lunch)
Contract Duration: 6 months (40 hours/week, with up to 5 hours overtime as needed)
Work Environment/Location: On-site Deer Valley – 2121 West Cheryl Drive, Building A, Phoenix, AZ 85021
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Technician to provide advanced administrative support to multiple Directors within a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is heavily focused on executive-level calendar management, coordination, and communication across leadership teams and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident working with senior leadership, and skilled at managing competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple Directors, including complex calendar and schedule management
- Coordinate meetings across leadership, executive assistants, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities
- Serve as a liaison between Directors, leadership teams, and cross-functional departments
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and track follow-ups and action items
- Manage logistics for meetings and events, including conference room scheduling, catering, and coordination with executive administrative staff
- Maintain organization of schedules, documentation, and communication related to assigned leadership support
- Communicate professionally with senior leadership, including Officers, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Exercise sound judgment when managing competing requests and confidently push back when necessary
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams and levels of leadership
- Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of administrative experience supporting Directors or senior leadership
- Advanced calendar management experience, including coordination of multiple executive schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple executives in a corporate or fast-paced environment
- Strong background in calendar coordination and executive-level scheduling
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with executive assistants or leadership support teams
