About the Role

We are seeking a  Business Analyst I  to support software, process, and operational initiatives. You will gather requirements, analyze data, assist with software changes and process improvements.

Position Details

• Schedule:  Tuesday – Friday, 4 x 10’s
• Contract Length:  1 year (with the possibility of being extended)
• Location:  Tonopah, AZ
• Work Model:  Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for software and process changes
• Support design, testing, and UAT cycles, including defect tracking
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet business needs

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0-2 years of experience in business or data analysis
• Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) or testing preferred

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into functional specifications
• Basic SQL or data analysis experience (or willingness to learn)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities
