Position Details
- Job Title: Training Administrator – Oracle Fusion Program
- Pay Rate: $30.00–$35.00 per hour
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ 85004
- Work Model: Hybrid/Flex
- Onsite every other week, Monday–Thursday
- Remote every other week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Contract Length: 15 months, with possibility of extension
- Overtime: May be required as the program approaches go-live.

🧭 Role Overview
G.D. Barri & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Training Administrator to support the successful delivery of training for the Oracle Fusion Program. This role will coordinate training schedules, logistics, learner communications, and Learning Management System (LMS) activities to ensure training sessions are effectively planned, communicated, and executed.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
✅ Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training schedules across business units and workstreams.
- Manage learner enrollment, confirmations, reminders, attendance tracking, and training-related communications.
- Support LMS administration, including class offerings, rosters, and session setup.
- Coordinate instructor assignments and classroom or virtual training logistics.
- Monitor class capacity, attendance trends, scheduling conflicts, and overall training readiness.
- Communicate training timelines, expectations, updates, and requirements to learners and stakeholders.
- Manage the training inbox and serve as a primary point of contact for training logistics questions and learner support.
- Partner with Training Delivery and LMS administrators to ensure alignment between training schedules and system configuration.
- Track and report training delivery readiness, including scheduled sessions versus planned training requirements.
- Analyze training data, identify trends, and prepare reports and recommendations as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, instructors, stakeholders, and leadership at all levels.
Job Requirements:
Required Experience & Qualifications
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in advanced administrative positions, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or comparable business applications.
- Experience coordinating training, events, scheduling, or program logistics in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and formulate conclusions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, instructors, stakeholders, and leadership at all levels.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) or Oracle Learning.
- Familiarity with training delivery processes, including ILT, vILT, and eLearning coordination.
- Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide, or multi-track training programs.
- Experience supporting an ERP implementation, transformation initiative, or large-scale organizational change program is a plus.
