Job Description:
To serve a a liaison between our client and municipalities, construction contractors, and customers for new installations, upgrades, and conversions of electrical service. Ensure customer requirements and expectations are accurately understood, communicated and executed. Schedule, coordinate, and ensure completion of all facets of projects from initiation through close out.
Job Requirements:
High school/GED and two (2) years experience in customer facing roles or construction.
Preferred candidate should have knowledge with Microsoft Office, CC&B, GIS, Maximo, and Primavera. Basic understanding of electrical theory, policies, procedures, and rates. Familiarity with customer construction standards and safety manual. Effective communication and customer service skills.
