Job Description:
We are seeking two (2) Professional with Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineers with prior nuclear industry experience to join our growing team and contribute to critical projects within the nuclear sector.
Summary:
- Perform tasks with direction and supervision.
- Supports design, development, modification, and implementation of systems (transmission, plant, facility, etc.).
- Helps conduct technical, economic, and marketing feasibility analyses.
- Provides basic engineering support; work scope and responsibility are limited.
- Performs design, modification, and analysis in electrical, electronic, mechanical, or chemical disciplines.
- Supports engineering programs, economic studies, and load/price analysis.
- May lead small-scale design projects.
- Ensure system reliability and propose cost-effective solutions.
- May involve transmission analysis and support for competitive electricity markets.
Job Requirements:
·BS in Engineering + 2 years of experience. — PE license is not accepted as a substitute.
Candidates must have prior nuclear industry experience to be considered for the I&C Engineer position.
- Working knowledge of practices, codes, standards, and tools relevant to the discipline.
- May require a background in distribution systems, resource planning tools, and Excel/database tools.
- Understanding basic engineering principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
