Job Description:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Knowledge of finance or economic analysis and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Performs a variety of routine research and studies on topics that may include working capital, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, financial targets, and financial and expense comparisons.
- Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle of the project, implementing cost control measures as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review, outlining estimates and justifications.
- Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids.
Job Requirements:
High school degree or GED. BS degree in accounting, finance.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective negotiation and reporting.
