Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration, from the initial drafting and negotiation to ensuring compliance thought the contract cycle.
This role is crucial in maintaining a robust contract management system, mitigating legal and financial risks, and supporting business objectives.
Strong organizational, communication skills and experience in data analytics and proficient PC are required.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Review and draft contract documents, focusing on accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and related documents for easy access and reference.
- Collaborate with procurement and business development teams to align contract terms with organizational goals.
- Utilize data analytics to assess contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to facilitate contract execution and resolve issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- Computer skills and knowledge of Excel
- Data Analytics experience
- Communicating complex and detailed information
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Organized, can track multiple details on multiple projects
- Capable of working Independently
- Capable of working as a team to ensure task completion
- BS degree in Business or Science or related fields with a minimum of six (6) years' experience in commercial contracting and utility environment or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Wednesday and Thursday are required to be on site.
