Job Description:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various business operations and ensuring efficient communication and coordination among departments. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Business Customer Service Experience is a Huge Piece
- Strong soft skills, detail-oriented, and organized
- Entry-level project management skills are helpful: time management, scheduling, and when and how to prioritize workload.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information.
- Interfacing with service area customers for all things service-related
- Experience with consumers in upgrading meter panels or getting a meter installed will go through the business service coordinator
- Responsible for taking inbound calls to assist the Customer Project Representatives
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing role or construction.
- Strong soft skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Experience in basic electricity is a plus - how is it generated (from generation to meter)
- Experience in plumbing, roofing, or utilities-related companies and had to talk to customers about their service and/or installations.
