Supply Chain/Contracts

We have provided these organizations with highly trained craft, technical, management, and engineering support services in 43 states across the country

We are looking for a Supply Chain with Contracts background for a one year contract (possible longer) at a Power Plant in AZ. This position is Hybrid (50% onsite)

We pay 9 Holidays + 5 PTO + 5 sick days + group insurance + 4-10's work schedule

Must have  5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating services contracts involving business terms negotiation  (price, delivery, etc).

Experience in leading bid events that resulted in supplier selection.

Experience in working with technical business partners in understanding statements of work and how to incorporate the statement of work into the contract and write contract language that addresses the scope of work and mitigates risks (insurance risk, IP risks, Cyber security risks, etc.).

Experience in working with suppliers in not only negotiating contracts but also in managing existing contracts in place with suppliers and ensuring their performance is adhering to the contract terms.

High school diploma or GED required

Must be able to pass drug test and background (Criminal, MVD, education and verification of employment).

Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder

Must live in the Phoenix area.
