Job Description:
Administrative assistant needed to support management teams in multiple areas. Timekeeping, records management, data entry, eWorkplace admin., and event planning to name a few. Formatting and retrieving reports from various business systems. Identifies and resolves discrepancies found in data used to make business decisions. Preforming procurement and materials management as required by organization.
This position is needed to help the general manager to serve as liasion for coordinating management service functions. Office/administrative duties include; budget/cost accounting, business planning reporting, facilities and equipment management, procurement/materials management, events planning, and legal/contractual services. Executing and implementing improvements in processes associated with assigned areas that support management. Accessing data from various financial, operating, and administrative systems. Analyzes data, converts information for decision makers, and provides a full range of options with probabilities to decision makers. May serve as technical or project lead for assigned areas. Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, researching, and evaluating business needs for assigned areas. Job Requirements:
Demonstrated competence at a administrative level. Established experience in PC software applications. General experience in plant/organization business systems, standards, and processes.
