Maintain a multi project integrated master schedule.•Ensure schedule reporting is accurate, understandable, and effective for the project managers. •Builds schedules with input from Project Managers including converting MS Project schedules to Primavera. Establishes proper relationships between activities, enters estimates of activity durations, assigns activity and resource calendars, enters activity and project coding, assigns constraints and calculates schedule.•Coordinate the development of project schedules ensuring adherence to the project office standard processes. •Provide resource management by analyzing resource assignments across program and project portfolios and addressing over allocation issues. Interface frequently with resource team leaders, planners, and coordinators to review upcoming scheduled work and associated resource needs. Support the resolution of resource limitations and conflicts to build credible schedules.•Participate in the development of an integrated schedule which includes logically sequenced work activities required to perform complex multi-disciplined tasks, meet all applicable regulatory requirements in order to maximize system availability and plant reliability.•Improve integration between departments. This position may require access to and/or use of information subject to control under the Department of Energy’s Part 810 Regulations (10 CFR Part 810), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730 through 774), or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter M Part 120) (collectively, “U.S. Export Control Laws”). High degree of experience with Primavera P6 is a requirement. Must have excellent communication skills (written/verbal), time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.


Ability to develop and maintain cradle to grave schedules for multiple online and outage projects. Must be able to work independently, perform and prepare weekly status updates and reports. Position will interface directly with project team members and suppliers. Needs to be a self-starter and quick learner. Experience in Nuclear, Project Management and knowledge of Earned Value Management is a plus.
