Experience in project scoping, planning, scheduling and financials. Proficient with Earned Value (EVMs), change control, databases, report development, creating/evaluating metrics, problem identification and resolution. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.) with strong experience with Primavera P6 software tools. Monthly project status, provide cost/budget analysis including monitoring budgets, scope, performance measurement for reporting and change management. High degree of experience in project planning, scheduling, estimating and controls. Develop WBS and project control workflow. Excellent communication (written/verbal), time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Level I: 5 years – Education : High School + five (5) years exp or BS or BA + two (2) years; Level II: 6-12 years – Education: High School + eight (8) years or BS or BA + six (6) years; Level III: 15+ years = Education: High School + eighteen (18) years or AA + fifteen (15) years (PMP Preferred).
