Job Description:

This is a remote position however with some travel to the office for meetings and training may be required. Local AZ Candidates only.

Seeking a well organized, negotiator, with cost savings and administrative experience for the following duties:

Support Procurement Operations with buying desk to procure materials and services. Process invoice exceptions, inventory replenishment, expediting, freight & logistics, Purchase Order management and any project specific purchasing request needed. Must have experience with Terms & Conditions.


The above services are estimated to be performed for 1 year. Services may be extended, as requested.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related, 1-5 years of Supply Chain experience, Microsoft Office (Strong in Excel and Word), great communicator both written and verbal, highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, Effective Negotiator with both materials and services contracts. Must have experience negotiating Terms & Conditions. Experience with fossil/energy/utility/engineering/construction is a big plus.
