Supply Chain – Materials/Buyer

These services are estimated to be performed for 1 year(CONTRACT)But, services may be extended as requested by client.

• 5+ years of experience writing and negotiating services contracts involving both business and legal terms negotiation.  Experience in leading bid events that resulted in supplier selection.  Experience in working with technical business partners in understanding statements of work and how to incorporate the statement of work into the contract and write contract language that addresses the scope of work and mitigates risks (insurance risk, IP risks, Cyber security risks, etc.).  Experience in working with suppliers in not only negotiating contracts but also in managing existing contracts in place with suppliers and ensuring their performance is adhering to the contract terms.
