Sr. Contract Analyst

Job Description:

: This role will support Procurement personnel in negotiating, drafting, developing high risk contract terms and conditions. Manage operational, financial and legal risks for procured goods and services. Mentor Jr. contract analysts / procurement professionals. Address contract exceptions from suppliers. Must have a strong legal acumen and good experience negotiating legal and business terms within a contract, to reach mutually agreeable solutions with suppliers, while mitigating risks and facilitating the completion of projects. Candidate must have significant experience in evaluating and negotiating legal contract terms and working with buyers who receive contact terms exceptions from their suppliers.

Preferred Skills: power plant experience with paralegal/legal experience.

1 year contract with possibility of long term.
