Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking a Right of Way Representative I for a 12-month contract (Hybrid) in Phoenix, AZ to manage permitting for power delivery projects. This position focuses on obtaining and tracking permits from municipalities and utilities, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle, and updating Maximo systems.
- Pay Rate: $27.00 - $30.00 (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am- 4pm
- Contract: 12 month
- Location: 2124 W. Cheryl Drive, Phoenix AZ 85021
- Hybrid Work Model: Three days onsite, two days remote (Full time onsite while training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Permit Management: Secure and track all required permits, licenses, and easements throughout the project lifecycle.
- System Updates: Maintain accurate records in Maximo for permits and easement requirements.
- Job Coordination: Release jobs to construction once all approvals are obtained; collaborate with Designers, Survey Coordinators, and project teams to determine right-of-way needs.
- Stakeholder Support: Work with internal teams and customers to ensure efficient power delivery and resolve complex ROW issues.
- Compliance & Training: Complete required training and ensure adherence to permitting standards.
Job Requirements:
Education/Experience: High school diploma/GED + 3 years in ROW, permitting, survey, construction, or utility customer service.
Skills:
- Experience with dry utility plan review and online permitting systems.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams, Adobe Pro.
- Familiarity with Maximo preferred
Other: Valid AZ driver’s license.
