Job Description:
Develop and implement standard methods for project performance monitoring, reporting, analysis, trend assessment, and scheduling. Facilitate programs to ensure the establishment and analysis of specific operational and process improvement plans used for goal setting, estimating project plans, performance indicators/targets, benchmarking, baselining. and trending. Coordinate engineering E&E contracts, monitor contract expenditures for usage trends, assist in the process of issuing new contracts, amending existing contracts, and resolve issues. Serves as SME for project forecasting, O&M projects, and cost or scheduling techniques.
Job Requirements:
Relevant bachelors degree from an accredited university.
Previous experience with cost, scheduling, and forecasting with construction/utility projects.
