How you’ll Make an Impact:

Manage the full project lifecycle (SDLC) from initiation through successful closure
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments
Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external vendor resources to ensure successful project execution
Oversee scope management, change control processes, and risk mitigation strategies
Monitor and report on project performance, milestones, and deliverables against established plans
Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
Facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall project meetings, including stand-ups, status meetings, and retrospectives
Support procurement activities, including development and execution of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and formal project transition

What Makes You a Great Fit

5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments
Demonstrated expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules effectively
Strong risk management capabilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy, healthcare, or financial services) preferred
