How you’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage the full project lifecycle (SDLC) from initiation through successful closure
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external vendor resources to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee scope management, change control processes, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on project performance, milestones, and deliverables against established plans
- Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Facilitate Agile and/or Waterfall project meetings, including stand-ups, status meetings, and retrospectives
- Support procurement activities, including development and execution of RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
- Lead project closeout activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and formal project transition
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in industrial, energy, or infrastructure environments
- Demonstrated expertise in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and/or Waterfall
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage project scope, budgets, and schedules effectively
- Strong risk management capabilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy, healthcare, or financial services) preferred
