Overview:

We are seeking a skilled  Civil Construction Manager  (CM) is a dynamic leadership role responsible for directing and delivering complex construction projects from inception through completion, with a strong focus on civil, mechanical, and structural systems. This position oversees all field operations, ensuring strict compliance with engineering specifications, construction standards, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects across mechanical, electrical, civil, rigging, and structural systems.
  • Act as on-site project leader, coordinating contractors, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress tracking.
  • Review and enforce construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Manage contracts, procurement, vendor relations, and subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, nuclear industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 - 10+ years of construction management experience, with strong mechanical, and/or rigging and/or civil construction background,  nuclear experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality control processes.


Per diem + mob/demob + PTO + Sick time + health insurance + 4-10's work schedule
