Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business System Analyst for a 20 month contract (Possible longer) for a hybrid (40 % onsite) position in Down town Phoenix, AZ

• Resolve more complex problems of broad scope and high impact in maintaining payroll accounts, payroll processes, preparing reports and in the distribution of costs.
• Interact routinely with accounting or business unit senior level staff and management personnel.
• Partner with Accountants, Payroll, and Business Systems Analysts to provide project support.
• Assist in the preparation, calculation, and transmission of payroll related activities as necessary
• Review, test, and implementation of pay practices as necessary.
• Preparation of monthly account reconciliation as necessary.
• System Transformation Project Support
• Payroll SME is responsible for promoting cross-functional teamwork.
• Work with end-users to create implementation plans, project timelines, and processes.
• Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Role will be hybrid - 40% of their time will be onsite.

Must have a BS/BA degree in related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Must be local to the Phoenix area
